Remembering Andrea Ruesch

We are saddened to write you that Andrea Ruesch, a former MSUSA student leader and employee passed away on Sunday, December 20. We wanted to pass on a message from former MSUSA Office Manager and Andrea's co-worker and friend, Kathy Hanon.
--
It is with a heavy heart that I write to tell you Andrea Ruesch, former Jackson County 4-H Director, former MSUSA Development Director, former MSUSA State Chair, former Moorhead Student Body President, and wonderful woman and friend died on Sunday, December 20.

Andrea fell victim to blood clots in her lungs. She had been asymptomatic, and died quickly without pain.

All who knew Andrea will remember her passion for life. She never met a stranger, and was the embodiment of her strong agrarian heritage. She loved the land, her family, her church and her friends. It was only natural that she gave of herself to others through community service and 4-H, both professionally and personally. She is and will be sorely missed.

She is survived by her parents, Len and Marjorie Ruesch of Worthington, her siblings, their spouses and children, and her fiance, Curt Chegovsky of Lakefield.

Memorials and cards of condolence may be sent to:
The Ruesch Family and Curt Chegovsky
23924 Read Avenue
Worthington, MN 56187-5169

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to local 4-H programs and to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.
